Whale Washes Up On Shore In Ocean City

"I have received this pic from locals in ocean city that say this whale was washed up on shore on 7th street. . Quite impressive, but I don't have any other details."

I too saw this whale, and followed the tractor as it pulled the whale to the inlet. there, they rolled it onto a flatbed trailer. I'm disappointed WBOC doesn't have anything on their website about this.

I think so, I tried to get close enough to see but the smell was to offensive.

It was dead prior to washing ashore. It washed ashore on 5th street. It happens alot more then people know. There are alot of times that Sea Lions, Seals, Large turtles, whales and sharks wash up on shore. Usually the Baltimore Aquarium comes down and picks them up to determine cause of death and for aqua biology tests.
