Moot point - Sunday Sessions has nothing to do with bill becoming a law

Anonymous said...

I really do not understand why Sunday session are, all the sudden, such a big, horrible, anti-American deal. I understand that the ones bringing this up and furthering the discussion are fervently anti-Obama, but what does any of this have to to with anything at all?

I really don't get it. I am sure this makes me a baby-killing, pro-terrorist liberal or something, but it seems that getting worked up about this is proof positive that there is a certain segment of the population that just wants to be mad about everything.

Could we all breathe in a bit and relax?

Dan

sunday sessions are sessions where bills are slammed through, so no one would have to stay on capitol hill all day debating a bill, while they could be playing their golf or partying.
