well happy birthday Joe!! :) I think you may have got one of the best b-day gifts yesterday in Annapolis from what you witnesed and were rewarded for all of your hard work in changing the sex offender laws,that had to be a great gift!

God Bless Tracey and Mike for being there and God Bless ALL of those Delegates who put this in motion almost immediately after Sarah's tragic death.
Some times the chemestry has to be pefect to make such changes, unfortunately Sarah's passing opened every one's eyes.
As Delegate Mathias repeated every time I was in Annapolis, Sarah's death will not be in vein, (sp?).

Hey Joe..you think maybe you could find a real positive bit of local news that doesn't stem from a tragedy? Here lately it seems every story is so sad or comes from a horrible act, not saying I don't appreciate everything you do...but I think everyone could really use a good old fashion bit of positive from positive!
