Its good to hear a local is doing that but, he isn't a good fighter. Check out steven baker mma on youtube. He was almost killed with in 60 seconds.

Fernando would kill this guy. After Fernando whipped him, he would call Sheriff Lewis and try to have Fernando arrested.

He looks like he's scared to death!

I saw that video from a year ago it looked like he went for the arm bar and got dropped it happens he looked of until that point . I doubt Fernando would get into a cage with an MMA guy !

Why post these comments as anonymous? whats ur name? your a tough cat Mr or Mrs. Anonymous. Are you willing to get into the cage and do what Steven does? I highly doubt it. Since you are most likely part of the 99.9% of people in this world that wont. Steven in his young career has fought very stiff competition. His first fight was vs. Jim Hettes who is about to sign with Strikeforce and has never been out of the first round in a fight. His second fight was vs. Greg Jackson trained fighter Chris Hickey Steve took that fight on 11 hrs notice. So before you come on a blog and act like the tough keyboard warrior you are, try walking one day in Steves shoes. If you have anymore comments to make I suggest you do them in person. Im not hard to find. And as for the Fernando comment, yes in boxing Fernando would hurt us all, but must I remind you MMA isnt boxing and boxing isnt MMA. It is a real shame that people cant just support these local fighters, instead of lifting them up they look for resons to tear them down. its really sad.

But also be respectful to him and his crew and to all of the fans and to Baltimore I just think its the right thing to do,have and show sportsmanship good luck guy!

First off, who is Bade? And Obama supporter? theres your first problem. Where did you see him fight? When he lost to Hettes in Baltimore? Maybe when he tapped that guy out in Combat in the Cage in 12 seconds in Newark? Who are you to judge a fighter? Are you a fighter Mr. Keyboard Warrior? If so, why post anonymous. And dont you tell me to lighten up. It is a little offensive to me for you to mock one of my fighters. The day you have the Cajones to stop posting anonymous and let us know who you are, then I will lighten up. Until then, you are just showing everybody who reads this what a coward you are. And I respect what you call a terrible fighter infinately more than a Keyboard warrior like yourself. This is the last time I will check this article, comment away. But know this, Primal Fighting Systems and Steven Baker will be doing BIG things very soon and representing Salisbury, the Eastern Shore, and Delmarva to the fullest. This is our home and we want nothing more than to put it on the MMA map. We appreciate all of the support we get. Thank you to those that support us, we are humbled by it. And to all of the haters out there, well you know what you can do. Feel free to step out from behind the computer and come see me at the gym one day, I have a fight to prepare for, I could always use a new whipping boy. Also, thak you Mr. Holland for the kind words.

thank you,

Well put Brad, I consider Steven a friend of mine and know how dedicated he is to this sport. He's a young well rounded fighter with a big future in the sport. To the "anonymous" person leaving the jackass comments, Sounds like you have something to prove? Probably got picked on in high school and now you got to be the big tough guy on Salisbury News. WOW! I've boxed with Steve a few times, he's not one to sleep on thats for sure. I got nothing but respect for him. Keep up the good work brother.

LOL, society is loaded w/ these keyboard warriors, w/ no idea the dedication, skill and heart of what it takes to put it on the line in front of thousands of people. This goes for boxing, MMA or competion BJJ/Submission Wrestling. And the Steven looks scared post? What a joke you are, get off the sofa, push away from the table early, class starts at 630 monday night. Hope to see you then.

Some people on here are a joke! Not only is Steve a great fighter, but he's a great guy. I train at Primal with Brad and Steven and people don't understand how much hard work and effort these guys put in. Brad and Steve have both gone out of their way to help me with anything I have asked for help on. We have a local guy doing something special, yet people on here want to rag on him. Give me a break! If everyone gave a crap as much as guys like Brad and Steve we would all be a lot better off.
