BRIEF RESUME:
On 03/15/2010 at approximately 0131 hours, troopers from Salisbury Barrack responded to Pemberton Rd north of Royal Mile Blvd for a motor vehicle accident resulting from construction blocks being maliciously placed in the roadway. A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle leaving the area and found the same construction blocks inside the vehicle. A witness identified Derek White and Dexter White as the two men, who placed the construction blocks in the roadway. Both men were arrested and transported to WCDC for processing.

Reckless Endangerment

Now if they could only arrest the Daily Times for littering my neighborhood roadways with red plastic bags of trash every Tuesday...

I would consider this something on the lines of "attempted murder."
Any pictures of these defendants? And where are they from?
They live in Hunter's Mill on Ayrshire Drive and the entire neighborhood is tired of their actions which always go uncaught by the law. Take a ride through and no doubt you will be able to tell where they live - just look for the driveway that looks like an auto salvage yard with tractor trailer pipes in the pick ups. Their actions in this case sound willful and an attempt to injure a motorist(s).

It's about time these a**holes get caught for something. We've had so much trouble with them for years. You're right about their slum house, our whole neighborhood would run them out of town on a rail if we could.
I know these boys almost better then anyone. The one thats on here of accusing them of many things is wrong. These boys dont cause trouble around salisbury. I know in fact who does a good bit. I got good list. First the concession stands on pemberton drive where a lot of your kids play baseball maxwell demers and josh kahn. Two pemberton park maxwell demers spray painted flames and faces everywhere!. Third the Cheveron which is now the pure maxwell demers and tanner perry paintballed up the place cracked the glass an set the alarms. everybodys fuel being stolen tanner perry. Maxwell william demers causes a lot of your neighborhood troubles.even in his own neighborhood how bright do you get. he lives on patriot dr. in centenial village. an drives a small dakota that leans to the left side from being over weight. the sister drives a cougar. he has broke into homes and so on. his sister has info theft against her. soembody needs to look into these boys but they dont. and another thing if their place is such a slum yard look at the rest of hunters mill the whole neighborhood looks like shit. an if their so trashy why as them to fix your stuff. not so trashy huh. you all have nothing better to complain about in hunters mill almost everyones yards are trashy or messed up in one way. an so much for running them out deal with it they have been there for years. its not a salvage yard its called a hobbie. they build trucks oh wow. salvage yard is clearly a place that sells parts go back to school. they build trucks its their hobbie get over it and find one other then trying to get in peoples lifes . this is more i like it GET A LIFE. ok there is nothing wrong with building a truck up at all. that will be all. ps you all no nothing about these guys to talk.
wow I heard i was in the news so i looked it up. this blog seems to be getting pretty interesting. I read all the comments the first few lines on the the long one, but i dont have time for drama. And As for the neighbors complaining. They aren't tractor trailer pipes. The are built by grand rock exhaust specifically for pickups. And please define "entire" neighborhood. Im sure when you map all the names/addresses out its probably going to be the ones that live right around me and the neckbreakers that ride by. You have been trying to run me out for years. You could buy me out for settlement price of 140,000 also buyer pays half of settlement fees. buyer responsible for any buyer specified terms such as but not limited to survey's, etc. contacting in writing to Buyout. But which one of you whinny neighbors that claims to live in hunters mill is it talking crap on here? The one that calls humane society to report my sick dog and rub in his death AFTER he was put to sleep? Or maybe your the neighbor that gets drunk and parks your car in the front yard and puts the highbeams in my windows then eggs me on? or maybe your the Good nieghbor that gets drunk and drives home through the neighbor where there are kids all the time walking down the streets. Or are you the one that complains about my truck being untagged in the yard on a regular basis then throws a pizza party when they feel like they did something great by calling code enforcement and I am loading it on trailer. Or are maybe you the one that has no clue about the 2nd amendment? yes i do have the right to baer arms and i excercise my right regularly. I DO take my firearms to the range and into the woods for a meal. The guns have to go from the house to the truck and back. if you happen to see it make sure you call the police again...i didnt get a picture the last time for the photo album. or maybe your the coward that wont come talk to me face to face and say "hey, can you do this or do that? its not against the law but we dont appreciate". Or if your the Whinny type and your tired of calling the county and reporting the same thing everytime or they are tired of hearing it, I got something new for you it will be here in a week or two....I'll give you a hint its taller than the house, ugly at the moment, loud, and its gonna be my new play toy when im bored. I can be nice and i can be a dickhead. But its all in how you and what you say.
well did the police see them lay the construction blocks in the road how do they know they did it...i did some research on this story and it seems to me these people arent as guilty as they seem the police just wanted those specific individuals arrested for others reasons

The brothers pled guilty in district court - so to the 2:24 comment - they did it. They were lucky and got a stet. Next time we'll be sure the district court people know who they are.
The Hunter's Mill Board of Directors and officers have received more than 200 complaint calls on this property. The renter who speaks out does not know what he is talking about. He is not the owner of the house. The police have been to his house more than any other home in the neighborhood, including the animal control personnel and the county officers who cite him for Wicomico County infractions, including his so-called hobby.
i just saw a status on my buddys facebook that stated hated by many and confronted by NONE...this is a prime example of that lol if u got a problem come knock on the door and say it to our face and maybe we can work somethin out but callin the cops everytime we walk outside aint helping then again its probaly a little late for comprimising seeing as how weve been harassed too many times oh yea and AND WE AINT GOIN ANYWHERE
