CRIME: 2nd Deg. Burglary/Theft over $1000
Accused: Jimmy Lewis, 32, of Salisbury MD.
On 3/13/2010 Troopers with the Maryland State Police responded to 438 Hearn Lane, Salisbury for a burglary complaint where it was determined the above named suspect had entered the residence through the back door and took a computer, a television with speakers, and other items valued in excess of $1000. Troopers were able to locate Lewis and the stolen items at his residence at the Parkside Apartments in Salisbury where he was arrested and charged with Burglary and Theft. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner.
