Good show, Joe Gets better each time and the subjects were good. I am nominating you for an Emmy next year. Still do not know where you find the time to do what you do. Thanks

Good show. Isn't the intro just a little too long?

Barrie Tilghman and her puppet, Alan Webster, refused to acknowledge the tagging that gangs early on were doing to establish their territories. Who knows what they were thinking at the time. But if they had simply jumped on it and done the "down in 24 hours" thing, the whole area dominance would as the Assistant State's Attorney had recommended, the gangs would have been at least partially derailed early on. Stupid them. Unlucky us.

No sunglasses at night? Nobody's future is so bright in Salisbury. (Ha!)

Good show, Joe. Lots of local issues that need to be in the public eye.

JT, when are you going to learn your comments won't be accepted here.

Your stupid comments about a growth on my nose, my atire, get a life. They make pills and have padded rooms for sick people like you who obsess over one human being.

Maybe I should suggest they take you away and simply show them your website and I think they'd agree you have serious mental issues.

One minute you people state to dress down and relax, the next inute I'm not dressed enough. I guess I can't please everyone but one thing is for sure, at least I'm happy in my own skin, unlike JR & JT. Man Love!

Oh, I forgot to mention your complaint about the introduction being too long. That comment may have actually come from Michael Schwartz, as best as I can tell.

Michael, JT, JR, IF you don't like what I do, do not visit Salisbury News. I know for a fact Michael is on this Site right now and while he's scratching his head trying to figure out how I know this, let me just say this Michael. I hope you enjoyed your meal at Station 7 last night too. ;-) No Michael, you're not popular enough to have been recognized by the staff or owner.

The introduction to the show is enjoyed by most. I can tell you as a fact, I have enjoyed complaments from WMDT & WBOC as to the quality of our work, some have even claimed that after all these years of working there Salisbury News actually delivers a better product, I agree.

I am not here to please the very small group of you and I accept your constructive critisism. Would you like to come to our studio and make sure I dress properly, style my hair and tell me what I can or can't say as well. We all know that wouldn't work, just look at your Sites and the lack of traffic.

No matter how much you attack me, my numbers are through the roof and I'm doing everything right. Critisize me all you want, the fact remains Salisbury News blows you guys away. Perhaps you should sit back and learn from what I do, because it works.

In the end, we'll keep our introduction Mr. Verbose Michael Schwartz. Besides, I can say in one paragraph what you say in 2,000 words, or haven't you gotten that yet. Have a great weekend. Remember, PORK in the PARK is coming real soon. Maybe that will give you and yours some happy thoughts this weekend.

Poor baybee. Didn't get your show on. MSM doesn't have that excuse butthead.

Joe, if the acreage that you talked about is large enough to build something like the Verizon amphitheater in Virginia Beach I would be all for it. We've been there and had a great time. Imagine national acts coming to Salisbury and performing. The summertime draw from OC would be tremendous. And I'm talking about current popular groups or individuals, not the has-beens that usually get booked at the Civic Center or Sunfest.

Great show Joe. All of these issues are important and it's nice to hear your opinions on them as well. I really don't care what you wear either as what your saying is the important thing. The intro might be a tad long (only a few seconds) but I thought it was really cool. Don't listen to the haters and keep up the good work.

I don't think you would make it as an anchor on Fox or cnn but I can tell you are geniune and believe what you say. I might not always agree with you but you are passionate about your beliefs and you don't change your opinions to suit everyone. That's what my father told me makes man. Keep up the good work. I love the intro, it' the best around.

anonymous 7:24, aka, JT, I let this mild one through just so others can see how childish you are and this one is very mild Folks.

Do, did you get your jollies now that ONE of your failed 200 comments for the day is now through JT?

MSM, eh? Well, at least you recognize we deliver the same, (if not a lot better) quality of material than the rest. Your only disappointment is that it hasn't been there recently for you to rag on.

Oh look JT, no green mask on my face and no green hands, yet you want to tell me how to dress and act.

The MSM answers to others, I do not. Other journalists and anchors/reporters answer to someone else, I do not. I get to choose if we'll produce something this week, they have no choice. Now, if YOU would like to spend the money with us to buy ad space, then and only then would YOU have the right to complain. Until then, ybeat it.

Someone told me tonight that they think the only reason JT & JR pick on my Wife so much is because they have a gay side of them and she's in the way/middle and it's their way of trying to get her away from me.

I started thinking about it, then I got the image of their spouces and thought, no sh!t, they're right. Sorry Boys but Homey doesn't play that game. Just remember though boys, you do have each other to play with.

I'll keep watching no matter what you wear. I like both your shows. 7:57; What entertainment would want to come here. Because of our areas crime rate people want to move away from here. I say make it safe, then build something to bring in the high national acts you want. map

Joe,

i would be all for the outdoor stadium if was large enough to hold the monster jam. so we could get the monsters like DIGGER and MAX D. then the monster truck show would be worth it.

Great Job Joe!! You tell it like it is and most people around here cannot stand the truth!!
As far as recognizing the Farm Bureau, many of them were home where it was warm and would not think of helping out others, if they did it would be to benefit them in some way in the long run. Many have forgotten where they came from!!!

If you think you're better than WBOC or WMDT you've got issues.

Got to hand it to you Joe. You had another outstanding performance - particularly with your hands on approach regarding our community.

I can hardly wait to see the next edition.

Joe, As usual the show is awesome!!! I agree with you about Joe Holloway. We need someone in there who is honest, hard-working and won't spend obnoxiously like the rest. I really miss his store. We could always get the best sausage there. I know that if he ran for County Executive, he would be awesome. He is honest and he has shown that he wants the best for Wicomico County. So Joe Holloway, please run for office. We need you to go in and clean house.

7:24 (JT) Joe was out helping others who weren't able to do it themselves AND helping our fire depts. MSM, yes they got their shows on right on time. Yes, they showed reporters standing in the snow watching others clean driveways/sidewalks/etc. They didn't show any of their own doing any of the shoveling to help others. Nope, couldn't get their hands dirty or get cold.

Did you hear any of what Joe reported on any of the MSM this week? Joe said more in one show than either or out local MSM did this week. Joe reports on local, while our local MSM had to report on anything especially Tiger Woods.

Joe, thank you for reporting about our area! It effects us! Tiger Woods has no effect on us except to talk about it. What he did will not help the new dress code, the parking lot, the farmers receiving credit for long hard hours, you my man covered what was important!

JT, Michael and JR, grow some!

Great show. I wouldn't worry about JT or JR. Besides, look how they dress Joe. JT wears curtains plucked from section 8 evictions and JR looks like he's trying to impress 14 year old children.

What is with all of this talk about what someone wears or what their wife looks like? Both JT, JR, and Joe need to realize the absurdity of these issues. I maybe new to town but if this kind of "news" represents the community then something needs to change. I think this blog is great otherwise, because at least someone is saying something. Your involvement in the community is commendable even though I don’t agree with all of what you say. The spending should be watched but if this purchase brings the much needed business then I am all for it. Keep up the hard work; I look forward to commenting on more posts!

Breaktime's dress code needs to be applied in all schools & other establishments, imo.

Joe, I agree that the farmers did a stand up job helping out but they didn't do it for recognition. John Redden is a stand up guy and in my opinion he should have been made director, instead of acting director, a very long time ago. I can say I have no problems or complaints dealing with County Public Works. With that said we all appreciate what the farmers did to help.

Anonymous said...

So, as I understand what you said, you don't need an education to be County Executive, but MUST have an education to be Fire Chief.

Kind of two faced to me.

Brawl River has been protected since it opened 10 years ago. The City purchased a parking lor for the bar, and gave them, a tax break. They also covered up a shooting there years ago.
