My daughter picked a chocolate lab with a red collar near the end of Line Road/Columbia Road in Delmar, DE. I noticed there was a post on the 6th regarding a black lab on Line Road with a red collar. Could you please put the word out so maybe we can reach the owner. I believe the dog is pure bred and someone's lost pet. My number is 443-359-6887.
