Layla Grace

Hi, Joe....I dont know where I have been hiding for the past 10months or so, but yesterday I came across something on Facebook. Praying for Layla Grace. I found a story about a little girl I believe is under 2yrs old and if fighting Neuroblastoma. She is losing that battle. But her mother has been keeping a journal online, looks like since May or so and I just couldnt believe how strong this family is. Her words and thoughts are real and put down as they come. I was hoping that you would post the website so that everyone here can read it and start praying for a miracle for this little girl and her family. Thank you so much.

i really don't understand how things like this can happen & people can continue to believe in God. I just don't understand it... its not fair & i don't see how anything good can come of a child, a family, having to go through something like this.

i will continue to think of this family. i won't pray because it clearly doesn't work.

never question God. All things happen for a reason, and God has something planned for this little girl and what ever happens..is his will.

God never tells us his plan he only shows it to us! This sweet little girl has touched so many lives that it is unreal! Her mothers brave words has tought so many mothers out there so much about being a mother! Maybe prayer does not work for you because you are praying for the wrong thing, I dont mean that in a ugly way I just mean that just because we pray for something doesnot mean that it will be answered in the way that we prayed for it. Our children are never really ours, they are on temporary loan from God! He know what he is doing and while we may not always understand it, we need to always trust it! God bless!

Sadly, Layla did not receive her miracle. She passed away early this morning. Her mom tweeted today at 1:44pm "Layla went to play with the angels early this morning. Rest in peace precious Layla. 11/26/07-3/9/10"
