Incident: Drug Violation
Location: Winner Blvd., Delmar, MD
Date: February 19, 2010
Arrested: Jamy Toadvine, white male, 33, Salisbury, MD
Corey Bailey, black male, 33, Parsonsburg, MD
On 02-19-2010 undercover Delmar Police Department Officers made arrangements to purchase a large quantity of cocaine from Bailey. At approximately 7:15 P.M. a vehicle occupied by Jamy Toadvine and Corey Bailey arrived at a pre-arranged meeting location and officers detained Toadvine and Bailey. Upon stopping Bailey, Bailey was observed discarding a large quantity of suspected cocaine. Bailey was arrested. A third subject, yet to be identified was arrested and was uncooperative. An additional search of Bailey revealed another bag of suspected cocaine.
Charges:
Possession of greater than 100 grams of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute
Possession of Cocaine
Possession of Marijuana
Bailey and Toadvine were processed at the Wicomico County Detention Center where Bailey was held on $100,000.00 bond and Toadvine was released from the Detention Center after cooperating with law enforcement and posting a bond.

For every kind of measurement known to mankind my happiness still cannot be measured each time I read the news of Another DRUG BUST. YES I APPLAUD THE POLICEMEN OUT HERE DOING THEIR JOBS...NOW COURTS/JUDGES DO YOUR JOB AND GET THESE SWINE OFF THE STREETS.
This is music to my ears. This so called man (Corey) caused me so much pain in my life. I thank God every day that i was able to get out of the dangerous and abusive relatinship we had . I tried to help him for so long and I ended up being the one who needed help. He got 3yrs in 2009 for almost beating me to death and he didnt even do a yr. I prayed he would get help and change his life. But today I'm greatfull for the help I recieved and the changes i made in my own life and i can sleep better now this person is behind bars where he belongs
forget both of yal, esp. the bipolar chick who he supposedly beat. the reason he got off is because he aint do it. my cousin just out there trying to make some money. if you hadnt lied on him and said he beat u he would be able to get a job and wouldnt have to sell drugs. stay up cuzzo. dnt worry bout nuttn. u good wen u get out. u better tell em dem baileys dnt break.
Well, nobody wants to say who they are.Bailey is my cuz also. Maybe this time he wil get what he should. What really pissed me off was the fact that he put somebody eles in his mess. The one good friend you have that always looks out for him. His friend has so much going for himself. With a friend like Bailey, you can do bad all b your self.

somebody else in his mess? buddy knew what he was doing..i hate when people talk without the fact..but nobody gone say nothing about "Toadvine was released from the Detention Center after cooperating with law enforcement and posting a bond." no good friend of mine gone help da law..any black male that reads this knows for a fact da law aint on our side..people make mistakes, the world doesnt really allow 2nd chances..if u got a record do u know how hard it is to get a job? you do what u have to whether right or wrong..people try to change but society as a whole doesnt allow that..once a convict always a convict..its a trap..some people get caught in it, others escape it..but i aint bout to sit back and let u bad talk nobody in my family whether your kin or not..and for anybody who wants or feels the need to know, this is corey's lil cuzzo JB..since nobody wants to put there name on their post..but before u talk u need to find out everything that happend and not whats just on the news..part of the reason im in college right now is cuz of my cousin corey..but yal aint know all that tho huh?
Are you sure your in college? My 10 year old has better English than you? The world doesn't give you 2nd chances??....(Where do you live?) maybe you should check corey's records...17 and counting..(your right they don't give you 2nd chances they give you 17..) Funny you implied because he was black he was still in jail, but there was a bail set for him just like there was for "toadvine" so he could have gotten out...duh! And do you know how hard it is to get a job without a record?. You don't even have to know the people in this case to be aggrivated at your iggnorant comments. You are not helping Corey by running your mouth on here about stupid stuff and trying your hardest to make it racial. How do you know that the judges are not reading this blog, and every time you blog you just incriminate him more and more. First off this is Clarie his x of 3yrs and i just wanted to say that all this shit is so sad and could have been avoided. Deep down Corey has a heart of gold just a lot and i meen a lot of problems. I tried to help Corey so much. And for what ever cuz of his said he did'nt beat on me, why don't u ask toadvine about all the times he seen me bruisd up n black eyes n all.Or ask Mrs.Bailey about the night he broke my nose n i went straight to her house n sat crying at her kitchen table three mo pregnat by him. Corey is an addict just like me. Today im clean but back then i stayd cuz of the drugs and i knew it was cuz of his addiction he abused me. He never did it when he was clean.He broke my nose 2/4/08 at that time i let him know if he ever did it again i would have him locked up.I ment what i said. So i left him and got help for my addiction.He has brought all this on his self because he has not gotten the help he needs. I pray he does. I never wished any harm on him i pray for him all the time. But life happens n when you make the choise to break the law n get cought u gota do the time.
