Horton should have been charged for the violation of protection order as well. Not saying Davidson was not in violation but she was in violation as well and she was the one that wasted the court's time and the tax payers money by being in his company. Women need to be held accountable as well in situations like that.

The order was against him not her. There really isn't anything they can do to her even though she caused the violation. The troopers wasted time by making the arrest. What happened to discretion?

Apparently you don't now anything about the laws of Maryland. There is no discretion when it comes to violations of protective orders. The troopers upheld the law by placing him under arrest.
Even though she was STUPID enough to be in his company, he had been served with the protective order and KNEW that he was not to have any contact. The only waste of time that occurred was by Davidson wasting the State of Maryland's time for the time it took to prepare and issue the protective order.
This type of behavior by Davidson is exactly what is wrong with the United States now. People knowingly and willingly disregard law(s) and need to accept responsibility for their actions!
