so touching. made me cry a little. everyone should hug and pet their animals today. they are so wonderful.

Funny how an animal can show unequaled gratification while some humans would have complained that the FD did not work quickly enough to save the house, or had too many people/departments there.
And we say THEY are the animals.

Whenever I have faced life changing choices and exaust my and my friends minds, a quiet talk and hug with my "dumb mutt" gives me the strenth to carry on. All they want is to give and recieve love. Nothing more and nothing less.
