Here It Is: "The Joe Albero Show"

Remember the square I made showing there was another section in the back right corner, an area no one knew about with a sludge pit. The image above shows what I was talking about. However, the way it's shown in the picture, the area I spoke of is in the bottom left corner. Also notice how the entire area is surrounded by trees. It's no wonder the MDE didn't even know it existed.

The image above is a small portion of the so called sludge pit. Notice any child could have accessed the area and fallen in.

These are some of the sand bags they had used to line the back of the sludge pit to stop the sludge from running down hill to the Wicomico River.

These are some of the piles of human feces I mentioned in the show. Notice there's no liner underneath, nor on top, as required by law. First you have to get a permit just to store it, (which the City didn't have) and then you have to do so properly, which they didn't do.

I have plenty more pictures and hopefully in future shows we'll be able to provide images on screen when we do the show.

Papa Was a Rolling Stone intro music f-face? I am sure that you and your production company got the proper permission to use that. We'll be looking into that pronto. I mean I know how you are when it comes to stealing content. You are totally against it. Just like you are totally against stealing gas.

I might have to come introduce myself to you mister. The only thing you need be concerned with is which one of me will show up.

Does JT know that is Donna Ennis's artwork he stole from your site promoting the downtown barbershop? He should be very concerned about that considering the deal TJ Baloney cut for him with the States Attorney.

None of you scare me Doug, so bring it on.

I wasnt talking to you. After 2 years you should know that. Now you have hurt my feelings.

joealbero said...

Doug, it's impossible to directly hurt the feelings of someone with multiple personalities.

I know, just trying to sound normal. Im on you side all thw way, always have been.

Joe,

Ignore that jerk and don't sink to his level. You can come to my house and record it if you have to, but I don't thing you will. Anyway, I think the first show was awesome. It was very informative of where you come from and why you do what you do. Next week I believe you should start addressing one problem at a time. For instance, crime in Salisbury is the number 1 thing on everyone's mind. I believe that starting with that perhaps to get as much information out there as possible. Older people may not have a computer. I know there are still many in Salisbury who don't know what to do and really just how bag things are. That's what I would suggest. You could maybe bring in someone from a police department to provide tips, etc. I know it won't be Salisbury police because of the bald-headed one so maybe Mike Lewis would like to entertain the idea of visiting with you and us to discuss this information. As a man of our community I'm most certain he would do that. I know that this has to be making him crazy knowing that there is little he can do. Anyway that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Again great beginning. Glad you posted it on the web because living out in the middle of Powellville with Satellite t.v., I know I wouldn't be able to get it. Thanks again for all you do.

Sincerely,
Beth

Joe, just finished watching the show online. A great first effort. I love the recap of the WWTP, as I didn't know half that stuff about it. I have only been religiously following you for about two years.

Pure crap. First, the sound sucks. With all your "millions" you would think you could afford something better than a WalMart camera and sound system.

Second, I found it boring. You are monotone, and it really just was not that interesting. It was the same crapola you rehash on here, the stupid zoo story, you think you're #1, blah blah blah.

As far as Doug Wilkerson, I welcome you to come meet me, you sociopathic c-sucker. How about you worry about not getting another 2nd degree assault charge or paying your bills so you don't have it on your record. So bring your bad self, and I'll beat all 9 of your personalities if you want. You constantly talk like you're some tough guy, but you're a sissy, plain and simple. Meet me in back of firehouse #2. You name the time and date.

Joe:

Zoom in closer and narrow the camera shot to head and shoulders, or maybe just you and the desk top. It just seemed like you where to far away/distant.

Nice job. Couldn't watch live(on tape) but did watch from your site.
With a little work, this is going to be super!!
Just don't go overboard on the advertising, although I know there are costs in this.

I liked it. You lived up to your promise, you produced info we don't get from the MSM. Great job!

Loved it! I actually got annoyed when my kids interrupted the show. Saturday is rough cause all of your fans were out taking care of family and family stuff. It will catch on, very quick. Replay again on Monday!

You started a great movement and we are all very thankful we have a voice finally!

Anonymous said...

You should be very proud and excited! Forgot about the early beginnings...WTTP was the best! Kuddos to Pohanka is my dealership from now to forever! Finally a voice for us!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Don't let these a$$$$$$ interrupt this great and most needed movement!

Excellent transparency Joe. I agree with 5:00. Zoom in closer. Great Start.

Hey, 4:57, There is probably an 80% population factor that hates you, too, and it probably includes tour immediate family.

It's a pet peeve of mine, but PLEASE fix the opening credits.

It should be YOU'RE WATCHING. It's also EXCLUSIVELY.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the whole thing. I know it's only your first try, but there are other suggestions that I've seen that would definitely help, i.e. better lighting, sound, camera direction. It definitely seems too amateurish at this point, but with a few simple fixes, it has the potential to be a good show. You might also want to think about expansion, instead of just you talking to a camera for a half an hour. How about interviews or debates? Later, it may be nice to see some on-location shoots.

My son is currently a student at SU for Mass Media Production. You may want to check out their program to see if there are any students that would be willing to intern.

joealbero said...

Tracy, (and others) We are working on all of these great suggestions. It may take a few shows before we get it right but one thing I can assure you of, it will get better.

The "FIRST" show was simply an introduction to Salisbury News history. We'll immediately go into the hot topics starting this week and we will spend the entire show on one major topid and we'll be interviewing someone on that show.

I can guarantee this will be a show to educate EVERYONE with information NO ONE has been willing to produce to the public.

I want to thank each and every one of you for your constructive critisism as it will only make the show better.

Get multiple camera ablges. You can put a stationary on your right or left and edit into final cut. Shot needs to be tighter.

Anonymous said...

Yup, frame the shot better, remove the objects and the corner directly behind your head... remove some of the clutter.

Call SU (or even parkside) and see if any of their folks are looking for production experience... We have a lot of talent around here you can tap into. Better mic. Better bumpers/visuals ... it can work...

It's been said before but you have to fix it so it doesn't say "your watching salisbury news". Really, lol, it's a little embarrassing.

Joe. Good Concept. TERRIBLE production. Any jackleg with a webcam could have pulled that off. Stick to the blog if you can't do any better than that. Thanks.

Sicopathic sissy, I like that. Tell me something buddy do you feel like a man at the firehouse? 38278 Providence church road and we will walk back in the woods where its nobodies business but ours. Hows today sound for you?

Then there was Mikie "We are this Close" Dunn, Sassafras and the Old mall connections and LLC's.

I see crime as the #1 issue, criminals come here because it is easy pickin's.

I doubt the citizens of Columbine saw it coming either.

Anonymous said...

Joe, thanks for putting that on here. Have dish tv & couldn't get you unless you posted it. I think all the citizens of this County who believe in truth & want to see it brought forth should get down on their knees & thank you for what your're doing to expose it!!!!! So much has been swept by the wayside & under carpets for way to long-----& if not for you this would not be brought out for the public to see.
You have got to love your job & thanks for the good you do!!
It's time the County is exposed for the high priced salaries we're paying for NOTHING!!! It is sickening! If these people had to work an honest days work---they'd faint from exhaustion. If Pollitt wants to cut, start with Creamer & come on down to himself!
I catch you everyday to keep up on the truth ! Keep it up!
E.W.

Wow. . . SBYnews continues to amaze me.

This is an incredible display of modern new journalism.

Joe, I'm literally blown-a-way.

Great job!

Great job Joe, congratulation on a fine program.

Anonymous said...

It needs an opening/closing theme song.

Any ideas other there in the blogosphere?

Anonymous said...

Joe,
Watched it in its entirety this morning and thought it was excellent.

What a great start and as things go on it can only get better. Keep up the good work and keep your listeners informed. The main stream media today has forgotten what their job is and you have picked up where they had left off.

I will be following in the weeks to come!

John

It was pretty good for your first go Joe. I found your topics to be quite interesting and informative.
One thing that kept bugging me though was the pictures of the firefighters on the walls. I know from your blog, or atleast get the feeling that you're not a big fan of the fire dept., so the pictures really puzzled me.
Please don't back down. You KNOW they're going to be after you HARD to shut this down. Please don't!
Please keep informing us of this stuff!

I liked it. I look forward to watching more of your shows. Can't wait to run into JR again, first thing I'll do is gloat about the "Albero Show" while he's still a star only in his own mind.

Doug Wilkerson a.k.a. Chief See. I didnt see that one coming. I guess the troll did read this site as we already knew. I'd take him up on his offer Joe at Providence Church Rd. He got his ass beat last summer by Keith Baker for messing with his wife. My money is on you joe. Just do it.
