(Sorry to ruin all of your snide comments about group sex. When I taught English in Japan a decade ago, boys would often touch each other in completely non-sexual ways. Same was true for girls. If you look at this picture closely, it sure looks like it is in Asia.)

I agree with 1213. In Asia, holding hands is mostly non-sexual. I am married to an Asian and have spend a lot of time there. The problem with what 1213 said is that asian girls usually hold other girl's hands. Girls usually do not hold a guy's hand unless they are married and even then it is shaky. This pic looks very much like something not traditional is happening here.

From their stance, it looked like they were posing for a photo and are all friends. Sorry, my mind just didn't "go there." Could well be there's a fourth person on the other side with a camera, although looking again, I guess their legs are moving. But of course, there is a fourth person behind taking the picture.
