Where Does Kratovil Stand?

Joe-----

Called Kratovil's offices in Salisbury and on the Hill, and asked where Kratovil stands on Obamacare. They say he hasn't made up his mind.

Do you think he has flip-flopped a thousand times in his mind already wondering whether he will say "YEAH" or "Nay"?

How hard is it to get behind a piece of legistlation or say that you are not for it.

Survey question "Will Frank K. go with the Bill or go against?"

When it is all said and done he will do whatever Pelosi tells him to do.

He will vote for it and will get re-elected big time for supporting it.

9:07 lives in a dream world. Kratovil will do whatever he's told to do. Kratovil is a typical liberal and will always vote with them when they need him. We need a real man like Andy Harris who will vote the way he thinks best for the ones that elected him.

Wow, all these comments are very enlightening. NOT!

People, have you even thought this through? Obviously not. Congress hasn't yet seen what's going to be the final bill. Not to mention that Pelosi's plan is a bill bigger than your phone book, it's not something one breezes through and gets the gist of.

You gave the man your vote (at least, a majority of Dist 1 voters did) so how about you give him a chance on this one. He's still new enough that I'll be giving him the benefit of the doubt.

I'm no Kratovil expert, but maybe he actually wants to take the time to examine the bill in detail before making a decision. I thought this is what you wanted!

to 9:51 then your an a--hole. What do you mean- "these comments are not enlightening?" give him a chance. wtf? he's had a chance you moron. wake up!! he's changed his mind, waffled on many issues on everything put before him. How much proof do you need before you realize he needs to go!! He's had his chance you loser!

Listen dummies, Kratovil doesn't even know what he's voting for, not yet. Neither do we. Chill out already! This whole thing still might go down in flames before the session ends, leaving us with no changes and no reforms of any kind.

Given a lot of the comments I see here, I am even more persuaded that Rep Grayson of Florida was correct when he said the right-wing health reform plan is, "Don't get sick. If you do, die quickly."

The same people who want Congressman to read every word of every bill are the ones who call their office and demand to know how he is goingto vote immediately. How can they not see the irony in that. He already said he would have voted against 3200 and when I called they said he was reading the new bill but still had the same concerns. Half of you will never give a Democrat a chance no matter what they do. And those of you asking for Andy Harris but calling Kratovil a lap dog are nuts. Kratovil does split with his party even if its not as often as you like. Harris would vote with the R's every single time, no doubt. So don;t say your problem with Kratovil is thathe isn't independent when your real problem is that he is a Republican.

It all depends on the returns of tonight go down. If two out of three conservatives are elected in NY 23, VA, and NJ then Frank will lift his cute as a button nose in the air, sniff the changing direction and vote against Pelosi.

If he does that he will probably keep his job for another term and get his full House pension.

If Deeds and Corzine stay in, then he will vote for it, but will lose his job next year to Harris.

he's communicated that he feels much like the rest of us on this bill. i think he'll vote against it in it's present form. i know he's being wooed by the white house, being invited over, playing basketball with presbo...he's "on the list".
give him credit. a lone freshman rep...a holdout. we all know how it works...

I think he's taking his time and trying to do the right thing....there's a lot at stake here.

Andy Harris was not open-minded.
