Good. What they should do is hire them at an hourly rate. Make them work all summer doing crappy work, trash collection, cleaning public restrooms, cleaning up puke on the drunk buses,etc. Then you take every penny of their checks. You make them work all summer to pay off as much of this debt as possible. If they are finished by the end of summer great, if not make them come back the following year. It's time someone started holding these little punks a$$es accountable for what they do.

The tax-payers can pay for the damage.
How about checking out who made the arrest...The Worcester County Bure. Invest. Unit investigated the crime and made the arrest..
Charge the parents for the cost of the investigation that their little brats insited.
