Section 8, Article 1 of the United States Constitution calls for the Federal Government to provide for the common defense.The country is being deluged with illegal's, crossing our borders 24/7. Every member of law enforcement should be working to apprehend and deport those people, that have broken our immigration laws. In the most outrageous contempt for the Constitution, local law enforcement officers have been ordered to cease enforcing the law.
Sheriff Joe Ariapo of Maricopa County, Arizona is attempting to enforce the law. He has been ordered by the Federal Government to no longer arrest people for being illegally in this country. It is alleged his deputies are engaging in profiling and perhaps, they are. Most if not all of the illegal's being stopped are Latino's, who else would you suspect would be crossing the border from Mexico? Does Homeland Security Secretary, Napolitano think only people that appear to be from Northern Europe should be investigated?
This government is not the first to disregard the Constitution they swore to uphold. Where is the Constitutional authority to subsidize farms, bail out banks or take over car companies? However, the prevention of law enforcement from doing their sworn job is, in my opinion, TREASON. I have no illusion that this congress or this attorney general will see the folly of this action and act to remedy the unjust order. We are supposed to be a country of laws, when will the federal government obey the constitution, the supreme law of the land?

I have been saying for years that what the government is doing amounts to treason. It is obvious that what they are doing is undermining the security of our country, but they continue to get away with it. It has got to stop! It's time for another revolution and it needs to happen pretty soon or it will be too late (if not so already). If the 2010 election is not the turning point to stop them peacefully, then it will be time to take up arms. Get your guns and ammution ready folks. I hope and pray it doesn't come to that but if it does, we must be ready to do what we have to do. I don't want to die, but I will if that is what it takes to beat back the evil tyranny that has become the American government.
To think this country had a revolution over a tax on tea. We now weakly submit to tyrany that was beyond the imagination of our founding fathers. I do not advocate the violent overthrow of the government, except at the ballot box.
Sadly, the majority of the people in this country are not paying attention or feel they can do nothing to stop the traitors in Washington.
People do not feel they can change Government because of their mentality. 70% + have a mentality that they are owed and they don't feel they have responsibility to earned a good life. As long as they can get something for nothing, so they believe, from the Government, they will continue to believe the change they want now, is not what they want, will never happen..
2:44 is right. Unfortunately, their vote means as much as that of someone who works. People who don't pay taxes shouldn't be allowed to vote, but that will never happen because it would be the end of the democrat party.
3:58, check your facts. Are large portion of people who don't earn enough to have to pay income tax are low income whites living in rural areas; this group forms alot of the republican base.
5:28 PM, Facts are not what you make up. The only reliable source for this type information would be the census. They do not ask how you vote. Intelligence is limited but your stupidity is not.

The democrats hand out welfare like a carrot on a stick to buy votes that keep them in just like they accept being bought by those companies that are willing to pay for their own agendas. AND there are Republicans out there doing the same thing. When the Libertarians get in, things may subside here.

5:30, how about you take a look at the districts that vote most heavily Rep. and compare it to the census. Also take a simple look at any republican event. No one is knocking any race.
