I was told by someone else who attended that there were a few people demanding their money back because they had no place to sit and people were heckling them for standing in the way?
Saturday night they had a sobriety checkpoint stopping everyone leaving and entering Crisfield. Now I am all for stopping drunk drivers but they have bigger fish (dealers) to fry in that town/

I had a blast. I came and left by water and there wasn't any issues that I noticed. Now they get to do it again at Brew River this Saturday. The boat "The Fabricator" is already docked at Brew.

Joe,

Thanks for coming down and taking such good photos and for promoting this event. The Chamber sold more than 3,500 tickets to this and had seats for everyone. That doesn't inlcude problably another couple thousand on boats, in condos, and over at the crab houses watching.

This was a great day for watermen to show their stuff and a great day for people to be in Crisfield. Thanks for all who came to watch this years. These keep getting better.

I'll bet that the section 8 tenants of the captains galley condo's enjoyed the boat docking contest from their balconys. They got the best view of all. Not bad, free rent and a water front view. Oh well, share the wealth.
In case you don't know Joe, since the condo's did not sell the owners are now renting them out for section 8 housing. We are paying the rent for those that do not want to work.
