PHOENIX – President Barack Obama took on both the defense establishment and freespending lawmakers on Monday, saying they were draining the nation's military budget with "exotic projects."
"If Congress sends me a defense bill loaded with a bunch of pork, I will veto it," he declared in a speech to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He accused members of Congress of using the Pentagon budget to protect jobs back home, including on wasteful projects he said were diverting money needed for U.S. military forces battling everything from nuclear weapons to "18th century style piracy and 21st century cyber threats."

The Marxist in chief called out Congress and the military today claiming that they are breaking the budget with exotic projects.
Obama cited exotic porkulous bills and corporate bailouts as well as Cadillac health care planes for all uninsured people as examples.
Obama challenged them to "take his bill signing pen away" to prevent Obama from authorizing anymore wasteful government project like the budget busting bills Obama has signed so far this year.
Capitol hill lawmakers just had blank looks on their faces when the President was done speaking.
OH OH this signals the end of the armed forces. When the liar in chief says one thing he does the other. Want to bet he keeps the pork and takes away all else?
He broke the budget 40 times over. I'm so glad he has brought Constitutional Awareness to so many in so little time. This just serves to empower the movement.
Thats the pot calling the kettle black( and no there is no pun intended at all)He cannot condemn those politicians for doing the very same thing he has since he has been in office.
