Signatiures Hair Designs

Every so often I like to throw out a plug for friends of mine and or small businesses that are just starting out and could use a boost or reminder. Eric does a fantastic job cutting hair and deserves to be recognized for his $12.00 Haircuts.

Located on Mt. Hermon Road, 1112 Mt. Hermon Road, (to be exact) his shop is convenient to just about anyone. He's open every day with the exception of Sunday's. I believe he said his hours were something like 9-6 Monday through Friday and 12:00 to 3:00 PM on Saturday's.

Stop in and give him a shot for your next haircut.

Eric is a great Barber. I go to him every time now.

Eric is a very nice young man trying to make a name for himself and I can respect that. Give him a chance you won't be disappointed. Remember he's a barber not a hair stylist.

he needs to dress a bit more professional and not look like a thug and he might get my business... that t-shirt is 3 times too big for him, and looks horribly unpresentable. the hat on backwards doesn't work either.

clean up and shape up, like your haircuts, and you might see more business.

He does a great job and much cheaper than the salons. I'll be a regular customer for sure.

10:30 what is wrong with individualism? Why does everyone have to dress, talk, act like your idea of what someone should be? Bernie Madoff dressed real nice. and he was the devil.

nothing is wrong with individualism, but there is far better with professionalism.

to each his own, but id not look like that if i were trying to attract customers with money.

customers with nickel bags might like the way he dresses... but not i. not as a business owner, trying to attract business.

Eric does a great job! My sons and husband love how he does their hair. Thanks Joe for posting this....your blog is how we found out where he was again in the first place.
As far as his dress, lay off of him. He doesn't deserve your crap. If you don't like the way someone dresses, keep it to yourself unless it is obscene or violates your personal rights.

I get my hair cut by Eric once every 2-3 weeks and would not consider to go anywhere else. ANON 10:30... Maybe YOU need to lay the crack pipe down and sober up to reality. When this man was trained, the regular uniform was a white shirt and that is what he is used to. So what if he likes his shirts to be "loose fitting?" He has to be able to move around the chair comfortably. I don't knock him at all. It's not like he is running for president or anything. Hell, at least he is being advertised, where are you???
Good Luck Eric!

Hey Joe! Thanks for coming in and letting me cut you and your grandsons hair and running a blog on me. I would also like to thank everyone else who comes and lets me cut their hair and having faith in me.. I really appreciate it everybody! I was trained by the best and I try to put in quality and do the best job I can with everyones hair who comes in. I apologize if some people don't like my attire.. but you shouldn't judge a book by its cover neither. Like my shirts and clothes being loose fitting.. I am 6'5" and weigh 280lbs, clothes are hard to find for me. I admit those particular shirts are a bit long but I tried something different with tall tees. I love my hats (I have about 200 of them!) I love my career and take great pride in what I do! I deal with a very broad perspective of people within the community. I'm polite, considerate and VERY professional! It doesnt matter what I look like, but what you look like when you leave! Just because you pay more for a haircut, doesn't mean its better! Don't anyone take this the wrong way, but if you can find a haircut better than mine, let me know, cause I would love a good haircut... and remember, I'll know if its good or not! Thanks again everybody! I appreciate all of you!! I couldn't do it without you!

Eric, I was gone most of the day and quite frankly I probably wouldn't have allowed those comments but it is what it is.

That being said, you don't have to explain yourself to anyone. Look at what Chief Webster and Barrie Tilghman tried to do to me for the past 4 years. They constantly told people I was someone other than who I truly am and if some people want to take their word and believe I'm this tough guy bully, so be it, I really don't care. However,l for the hundreds, if not thousands of people who actually have taken the time during those years to get to know me, they now know who I am and that's why Tilghman and Webster lost so much credibility.

I'm sure if I shed 25 pounds or more I too would look a lot better and fit into more pleasing clothing but you know what Eric, I'm not out to impress anyone and neither should you. You're a great guy trying to survive in a very tough market. You're indipendent, unlike all those other people working for someone else and you should be very proud of yourself.

I'll share this with everyone as well. Eric talks just like you and I. He doesn't talk getto. I have friends with hair down to their rear ends, one of them is a Veterinarian and without a question one of the finest on the East Coast. We don't judge him either.

Eric, you're going to do well because you deserve it. NOT because of the $12.00 haircuts.

Stick with who you are and what you're about and people will come to enjoy your friendship just as much as I have been fortunate enough to.

I don't know the guy, but he must be really cool. Besides, if you don't like the way he dresses, don't go again. He is there to cut your hair, not advise YOU how to dress.
