So, 12 year old beats Mom up with a stick (weapon) and leaves the scene. Mom, unable to hit 12 year old back, calls Juvenile System for help. JSS places 12 year old back in home with Mom.

For what, to see the instant replay???

When are we going to be able to really straighten out (help) these kids??

How sad that a small town business in such an open location had someone go and steal tires and wheels off of cars. Now they're going to have to have ugly lights or fencing installed to protect themselves. And ultimately who pays for those things? We all do.
