Brochures were everywhere for Click It or Ticket, the sponsor of this event. Friends, residents, business associates, public works, police officers, you name it, they were there. Chief Keller & Co. were there to serve anyone and every one who attended the event and as always, the food was to die for, especially the beans!
I have been trying to encourage Salisbury's New Mayor Jim Ireton to consider this same kind of event for the City of Salisbury. Rather than spending $300,000.00 on the Salisbury Festival, why not give back to the taxpayers of Salisbury and save hundreds of thousands of dollars instead.
In the mean time, Sysco has an UNBELIEVABLE 1/4 pound Hot Dog, just as good as the Nathan's at Sam's Club. In fact, cooked on the grill, it's even better.
What do you Folks think?

Couldn't agree more, get rid of that ridiculous Salisbury Festival and do something like this. Are you reading this Jim Ireton?
I agree 100%.
We need some new blood to organize a festival. Something new and exciting. Pork in the Park a great one. Something that does not cost a fortune...Any ideas readers??
Make sure you get the all beef 4x1 and not the all meat one the Sysco code is 1137702.
