You won't believe how children as young as 12 years old partied

Family advocates are outraged by a prom held at Boston City Hall that was open to children apparently as young as 12 featuring crossdressers, homosexual heavy petting, suspected drug use and a leather-clad doorman who teaches sexual bondage classes.
Children from middle schools and high schools across Massachusetts on May 9 attended a Youth Pride Day event ending with a prom inside of Boston City Hall sponsored by the Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender Youth, or BAGLY, a group seated on the Massachusetts Commission for GLBT Youth.
Boston Mayor Thomas Menino issued a proclamation welcoming homosexual and transgender youth to the celebration. A man in drag introduced a homosexual activist from Menino's office to read the letter. A video of that proclamation is below.

I bet the ACLU was there to be sure that all the drag queens and transgendered folks had their "rights" looked after. You can't have God in schools or public places anymore but it's OK for men to dress like women and host meetings for school-aged children with the blessing of the Boston mayor's office...this is really sick !!

Wonder what does long time Senator Edward Kennedy of Massachusetts think about what's happening in his state? Why is this allowed, and why is this Mayor still in office? This is such a disgrace to think that young teens were allowed to participate....our parents and grandparents would turn over in their graves if they even thought something like this could happen. Yeah, you're right. These kids should be burned at the stake and told to be ashamed of who they are. I'm a straight soldier in our United States Army and I'd happily kick the s**t out of every last one of you who would make these kids feel bad for who they are. Bring it, cowards.
Theres a good book by David Limbaugh about the assault on Christianity in our media and government and there is a special chapter on these types of "awareness" activities in government funded school systems.Children are blackballed if they wear a cross necklace but are encouraged to participate in this kind of stuff."AC-to hell with you" will protect these goings on too,but God help you if you say "Merry Christmas" in school to a classmate.
Gay and transgendered youth should not be harassed because its their right to be that way but neither should Christian kids.

When I can not pledge my flag or say a prayer to my God in school, then some male should not be allowed to wear a dress. It has nothing to do freedom it. It is an issue about about choices.

I went to a senior prom just last month, and there was plenty of "heavy petting" or whatever you want to call it between heterosexual couples. And don't pretend like there was no alcohol use that week, either. I heard no complaints there, but once it's between two guys or girls all hell breaks loose. Get over yourselves.

I go to bed every night and thank God, yes, God that my grandson has graduated from a decent high school where the kids respect each other in a Christian enviorment. For the most part, we have to admit that the Eastern Shore is the best or at least it is for the most part one of the best places to raise a child.

There are many examples where students in public schools have been harassed by peers and faculty for freely expressing their Christian beliefs detailed in David Limbaughs book "Persecution:How Liberals Are Waging A War Against Christianity".
I do not agree with some of the homophobic leaning comments that have been made, I was merely trying to drive home the point that while public schools hammer diversity and tolerance into our kids,they really mean tolerance for everyone EXCEPT Christians because for some reason,people who believe in God are offensive nowadays.
"Freedom of Religion" means exactly that-anyone who lives in our great country is free to practice whatever religion they please,whether it be Islam,Judaism,Baptist,Wiccan,whatever,without persecution from our government for their beliefs.EVen if one has no religious beliefs at all(Atheist),that is their right under our Constitution.It was never intended to be used as a tool to remove God from our schools and government.Like it or not,our US Government was founded on Christian beliefs.

The only reason Americans "frown" on homosexuals is the simple fact that think that being a homosexual is a choice, nothing more or nothing less but a choice.
I, as a homosexual, know for a fact that this is not a choice. Why would someone decide to be gay? I mean it's like saying, when did you decide that you were right handed or left handed?
And the fact of the matter is that our schools, water fountains, and public places would still be segregated if it was left up to a public vote, but it wasn't. Our constitution is suppose to provide everyone with the same right regardless of anything.
Being born right handed isn't a choice.
Being born left handed isn't a choice.
Being born black isn't a choice.
Being born a blonde isn't a choice.
Being born with blue eyes is not a choice.

If the intolerance and hatred on this site is reflective of the eastern shore in general, I'd have to say it's one of the *worst* places to raise a child.
All of the "gay" events are sick sex fests. That's the whole reason to have them dont you know? You see, REGULAR gays don't need to have sick sex shows. They meet other REGULAR gays at places like school, church, bars, through friends, and at get togethers. They are a lot like regular couples only they are gay. And most people don't have a problem with.
But then there are the DEVIANT gays who are sick puppies and pedophiles. These include all of the NAMBLA members and anyone who would host a gay childrens party. Children don't need to seperate into groups based on whos hoohoo goes into whos brownha. They're children. Only sick gay men would organize or allow something like that.

It clearly stated that the Prom at the culmination of the Pride Day festivities was being sponsored by Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender Youth,(BAGLY). It was advertised as an event that welcomed all orientations. So what is the complaint? If people don't agree with the lifestyle of the organizers, then don't go and don't send your children to the event. There was no bait and switch. It was advertised before hand.

If I chose to be gay, then you chose to be straight. So why don't you choose someone of the same sex for a while and tell me how disgusted and uncomfortable you feel after awhile. That's how I felt trying to be straight and do something that didn't come naturally to me. I didn't choose who to love and build a life with any more than you did.
I believe nature made us all to be normal not straight just normal which means I pick a mate and can have offspring that's how nature works.
