This Just In

There's been another bad accident on Rt. 50 West and Hobbs Road, tractor trailer vs car. Rt. 50 West is at a dead stop, no one is moving anywhere. Just a heads up Folks.

Something needs to be done. There are WAY too many accidents in that small area. Reduce the speed limit and enforce it? Put up more signs (PAY ATTENTION!) Change the traffic pattern? Something! We can't let that area continue to be the gauntlet that it is.

I always slow down at that area..It seems that people like to wait until the traffic is coming up on them to go..They see that theres alot of traffic coming and think crap i better go before im stuck here waiting and try to shoot acrossed the highway.. I think they should cut down some of the trees right there so that people can see whats coming at them a little better.

People just need to be more patient.
There's a song that says it all
"I'm in a hurry and I don't know why"
Bet if most people asked themselves why they are in a hurry, the probably don't know!
Slow down people and enjoy life while you can!

Pretend you're going blind as you look around and think about all the sights you would miss...

Pretend you're deaf as you listen to all the sounds you would no longer be able to hear...

Pretend in your mind you are paralyzed and be aware of your abilities!

I have a friend who lives by the motto "It could always be worse"
When she first said that to me, it got me thinking...she's right.

Be thankful for what we have, who we are and who we are able to become and remember...
It Could Always Be Worse!

There used to be cloverleaf to go up onto Rt13 why not make a cloverleaf right turn from Rt50 to Rt again. This stops people from having to try and cross traffic.

Or is too simple for civic engineers to design. Perhaps their HIGH TECH COMPUTERS ARE TOO HIGH TECH FOR THEM TO USE.
