Our founding principles revolve around the concepts that we are determined to serve as a catalyst to bring about change in our community. The Eastern Shore Basketball League ("E.S.B.L."), Co founded by the Tucker Brothers' (Gary/Shawn) in 2000, is entering its 10th year as the premier summer showcase for the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland’s most competitive teams and showmen. The League is the largest summer stage upon which both current college standouts/former semi pro players, and dozens of undiscovered players can dazzle and entertain onlookers on a local platform. It is the bridge that connects both raw and experienced basketball talented individuals, where they can maintain and hone their skills through competitive league play. Every year teams that have participated in the ("E.S..B.L".), have offered the local community a chance to witness the maturation of young men and women giving back to their community. Not surprisingly, the ("E.S.B.L..”), has served as a stepping stone or blueprint for participants to take back to their communities and share in the experience. Over 600 current and former players have participated in the League. No Summer Basketball League in the area possesses the diversity and versatility of great competition that the Eastern Shore Basketball League has to bring to the table.
