The Evolution Craft Brewing Company in Delmar has finally swung their doors and are open for business. With four different kind of brews you can even stop in and purchase a tasting glass for $5.00, (as seen in one of the photos above) and take a taste of the four different beer on tap. Yes, for $5.00 you can try all four.
Once you choose your favorite brew you can then purchase a half gallon Growler of beer for $12.00, (tasting glass included with Growler purchase) and every time you bring it back for a re-fill after your initial fee, the price drops all the way down to $7.00 per half gallon re-fill. They are also selling their brew in kegs, for those Party Animals at SU.
This facility is a Brewery and not a Bar. Besides purchasing to go beer you can also taste their beer at Fagers Island, both Bull on the Beach locations and ALL Maryland Philips Seafood locations.
Considering they just swung their doors it will only be a matter of time before you start seeing their beer everywhere. Of course they'll have it available at all of their restaurant locations like the Red Roost.
"Solicitors welcome on Sunday's between the hours of 12 am to 6 am." I like their style and you'll love their BEER! Stop by, say hello and get a taste of some of the finest beer on the Eastern Shore.

Its on Bi-state blvd in Delmar, De. If you are traveling north, it is on the left just as you leave town, in the old IGA grocery store building. If you pass the seed and feed store, you've gone too far. I can't wait to get in there and try it. I sure wish it could have been a brewpub in Salisbury, so I could go out for a nice steak in a historic building and a cold draft. But I guess we would rather have national chains on the north end instead. Thanks Ex-mayor Tilghman (boy that sounds good...)
While your in our beautiful little town you should stop in at Bryan and Brittingham and remember what a local hardware store is like, you wont regret it. Good-Fellas has a new owner and their food is really getting good, try the toasted bun subs. Delmar, my home.
My friend did an open house tour last weekend and said this place was awesome. It still blows my mind that Salisbury couldn't get their shit together enough to put this thing in OUR town. Unreal. One day Salisbury, and the downtown area will live up to its potential. One day.

I hope the era of Grand Stupidity has ended. Our city needs to encourage businesses not chase them out of town.
Maybe the worlds first beer pop-sickle will come from Delamr.
Both people AND business owners are starting to figure out that Delmar is where it's at!!!!
Congratulations Tommy & John. You always have the best ideas. It is a shame the City of Salisbury missed out on this. Perhaps with the new Mayor we can get in on your next venture.

This should have been in Salisbury at the old train station. WHAT WHAT was the City thinking! Exceptions seem to be made all the time, why not an exception for this? Guess the brothers are just not "good ole Salisbury boys!"

I just get back, with a jug of beer and a little warmth from the tasting. I got a friendly tour of the brewing room and will be a customer! Good luck, but you won't need it. You have excellent products.
My friend,Bruce, tried a jug of this brew on Monday. After polishing off one jug, he polished 2 motorcycles and forgot everything else that happened until Tuesday morning. Sounds like something good in those brown bottles!! MMMM, BEER.
What a great business move for the Knorr's restaurants. I bet if they open anymore restaurants it won't be here in Salisbury. I too am at a loss of how bad the ball got dropped on this project for our city. I can only shake my head everytime I think about it!
Well, I know where I'm spending the next Saturday I manage to get off work. Like John said, MMMMMMM! Beer!
This is great and the location could not be better. I can get a refill to sip on while waiting for a table at Old Mill Crab House rather than driving 20 some miles to Whitehaven for "light" crabs.
