WORCESTER TO CUT . . . .WICOMICO TO STUDY

Today's Daily Times featured article - JOB CUTS WEIGHED TO TRIM BUDGET - concerning Worcester county's 89 percent drop in building permits should also resonate with Wicomico officials.

On almost every street corner in Wicomico people are talking about the dramatic decline in, both, residential and commercial construction.

I've got news for Worcester County officials - Wicomico has been hit just as hard if not worse.
As Rick Santelli would say . . . . 'hey officials I hope you all are listening'

Anyone who made their living from resedential or commercial construction are out of business or soon to be out of business. If you are going to invest and build please,(Please) hire Americans that are legal citizens. If you hire someone and they show up with a bunch of illegal workers kick them off your job.

10:33am, I would if the American Business Owner would give me a fair price and use good quality materials, but we all know this would never happen because Americans are greedy and cutting corners is a way of life. So, I'll stick with the mexicans and you can have Ruark.

Good luck getting an American to call you back and give you an estimate.
