The air traffic controller should get an award as well. Way to keep his cool and give Cpt. Sullivan the most options to land as possible in some of the busiest airspace in the world.

This air traffic controller should be highly recognized for his calm under some serious stress.
Being in the fire service (not Salisbury), I have come to realize that the most valuable person is the one that can maintain calm, and utilize their training when subjected to the most stressful situations.
