Heck, that's all over town. Whenever there is a hard rain alot of the streets are flooded. This is nothing new.
as much as delmar charges for water and sewer, water should drain from the streets also why are they putting in the new curb on the other side of this street a waste of money if you ask me
hey the mayor in delamr promised to clear all the drains and paint the ]curbs ie the faded almost non exsistant fire lane one ] maybe joe need to look into thje delmar coruption but then again he lives there
