Fudrucker's Goes Mexican

Plaza Tapatia will soon open where the old Fudruckers used to be. I'm not sure what to expect but I'll be one of the first to get in there and give it a try. I'm at least pleased to see someone giving Salisbury a try anyway. In these economic times restaurants are a scary investment. Does anyone know their opening date?

No clue on the opening date, but if this one is anything like the one across from the college (or in Seaford, Easton, Cambridge or West OC) it will be good! Though not all Plaza's are created equal I've never had a bad Burrito Supremo for lunch yet.

If this Plaza Tapatia is like the rest the family owns, the food will be delicioso. They make everything fresh. Great salsa and chips too.

Plaza Tapatia's are doing well because they serve good food quickly and economically.

I wish them the best.

sorry, but I think the food is horrible, too salty with no taste. I have eaten at this place twice and the food was bad both tines. I will not go to this so called "mexican" restaraunt again.

The one down south is good and pretty cost effective!

Like the poster who referred it to faux mexican food.....

It's good for what it is, typical tex-mex style mexican. I would never call it fine dining or top shelf mexican, but it is good for the price point.

We were in the one by the College and were told the target opening date is May 5, Cinco de Mayo. Seems appropriate. Excellent food by the way.
