This dog was running loose earlier today near the 1200 Block of Emmerson Ave. It had a choker collar on but not any other collar that would tell who the owner is. He kept running into traffic and almost got hit 4 or 5 times before we could get him on a leash. We turned him over to SPD. If anyone knows who the owner is the dog was taken to the Humane Society. This dog is very friendly and obedient. I hope one of your viewers may be able to help locate the owner.

also hope they get that choke collar off & put another kind
on him. At least the dog had
the chance to survive. Could have
been a much different story had
he got the collar caught up
into something & choked himself!!!
