(Salisbury, MD) Wicomico Recreation, Parks and Tourism is now offering a discount when you sign up and pay for any of its Boater Safety classes by March 1st. If done before March 1st, registration is only $20. Classes are available each month from March until the end of June. The class is mandatory for those wishing to operate a numbered or documented vessel in Maryland waters.
In order to complete the course, a written test will be given at the end of each class. Those who pass will receive a certificate of boating safety education.
Advanced registration is required for this course. Stop by the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center Box Office open Monday-Friday 8am-5PM or go online at http://www.wicomicorecandparks.org/ to register. I can't find the info on the link you provided. How long is the coarse? Is there an age limit? Can you register online because I couldn't find it.

Not to take nothing away from the WYCC's boating course but, it can be taken online and save yourself 3 days of your life.
