Government instituted gun control only takes firearms from the hands of law-abiding citizens.
Well, I do agree that owning a gun is OK here in America, but I don't think we should be selling assault rifles, like the AK-47 or Greesguns should be allowed to the general public. Rifles, shotguns and handguns are OK, but do know that handguns are extremely dangerous to the owners.

I am in favor of having a hand gun in every home. If a political official ran on this issue alone he or she would gain my vote instantly. It equals out the power that criminals have gained vantage on. Only a fool would take a knife to a gun fight. :)

I have never in all my years seen a handgun just come to life, jump up all by itself, and shoot someone. If you don't know how to safely own and use a firearm then you shouldn't! It’s the idiots that accidentally shoot each other and the crack heads that decide to have a gun fight every weekend that make people frown on gun ownership. The point is that any law abiding citizen should be able to have whatever they want without the government showing the least amount of concern... What’s next? Since we have a 55mhp speed limit they are going to make all vehicles that go over 55mph illegal... no kidding some of the proposed gun laws are that ridiculous and people agree with them because they don’t know any better. Should they make it illegal to sell beer at a gas station??? I'm sure some idiot politicians will say that will cut down on drunk driving because obviously vehicles, gas, and beer is just a “disaster waiting to happen.”

Most rifles that are used to hunt with are the same caliber as the
assult rifles , AK47 and many others are 30 caliber. They can be purchased as bolt action ,single
shot or semi-automatic.
Most of these weapons are purchased
by gun lovers and target people.
I believe all guns should be legal,
including automatic weapons.
I also believe you will believe the same in a year or two!

whether you like it or not there are going to be wars all the time and those type of firearms are constantly produced they will still illegally or legally get into this country whether you like it or not i bet the criminals will still get theres!!!!!!!!! if i want an ak so be it i have a right to own that firearm i bet you would rather have a legal owner who respects the law than the lawbreakers having that weapon.........

That is correct. More than 90% of all gun deaths in America are family and friends. The #1 maternal death risk factor for pregnant women in America is from guns.
I see the gun issue as mainly a health problem that most other countries don't suffer from...

This is 10:28 again. Please explain to me why any of us have to have an automatic weapon, especially those that throw out rounds as fast as the eye can see?
Whats wrong with single shot weapons, that you can squeeze the triger a second time after the first shot? You want to hunt or target shoot, a single shot rifle will do nicely. You don't have any need for an automatic. And I have seen the results of many handgun
"accidents" while in for three wars.
It is unfortunate that gun suicides make up more than half of the gun deaths, with homicide coming in next at a bit under half, but those who wish to kill themselves and those who will to kill others will not let the lack of a gun stop them. Accidental gun death accounts for very little of gun death statistics.
Under reported are the statistics for gun use in preventing violence. I would rather have a gun and not need it than need a gun and not have it, is an often repeated saying. I refuse to become a statistic and I will continue to use my right to defend myself and my property. A citizenry that does not protect itself is prey for those who will not obey the law.

gun controll means using two hands, take my 870 wingmaster duckin gun excellent piece I have shot many birds with it. 5 min and a stock change out I have a bad home defence wepon that looks mean. Just because a gun 'Looks like an assult wepon" does not change it's operation still the same hunting rifle just a diffrent look. With all the gang activity going on today being a legal, armed, right to carry holder, is a good ideal. For those who disagree I will protect you also
gun control means more guns in the hands of criminals who use them in committing crimes. if you relaxed on gun control and allowed law biding citizens to obtain them crime rates would go down its a proven fact. if you were a criminal and you knew that law biding citizens could carry weapons; would you want to rob a person or break in a home if you knew there was a good chance theyre armed?
There was a comment made in the video That the US has the highest murder / crime rate of all civilized nations. This is not because we fight for our 2nd amendment rights and have the right to own firearms. This is because we have an extremely poor criminal justice system that hands out very light sentences with no death penalty. where there is the death penalty the taxpayeers support them for 20 years because they do not enforce or establish short time frames for appeals, which should only be 2 appeals. That would give them a 2 out of 3 decisions to get it right.
If we enforced stiffer penalties and ramped up executions it would be racist...I can hear the black people now...Another way of keeping the black man down.
