What is the gas cap door cover for??? These things are either foot-powered or zip-pull string automation. You can adjust your mirrors by wiggling your ears too!!!

OK, some very funny commnets. But I own and drive a Smart. I'm 6 ft and about 350 and I fit behind the wheel just fine! I can drive down the road at 75 (or faster if I want) and it handles just fine. I can go grocery shopping and fit all my groceries in the back and have room for more. And when I go to the gas station to fill the tank with Premium, it costs less than $20 and I'm good for anothe 300+ miles. Laugh at that!

And if you need to do any city driving there's no better car to do it with. Parking is a dream.

I'm not a tree-hugger, and don;t think driving the Smart is gonna save the world - at least, not all by itself - but it certainly makes sense to me in today's economy!

So laugh all you want, folks. I'm laughing, too.

No thanks, I would rather go to Toys R Us and buy one of their battery operated cars for kids.

8:15 you forgot to mention how my wheelchair also fits inside including our trips to the store. There's plenty of room inside.

Rush Limbaugh takes a ride aboard a Smart 42

I own a Chevy Aveo, it handles pretty good. My 165 lb 5' 11" frame fits in just fine. I can travel the same 300 miles for $14.00 burning regular gasoline. For the line of work I do there isn't enough cargo room in the Smart Car.

I just want to know are "they" (Smart car people) really serious about manufacturing the Smorvette and so on? Were these pictures doctored to make the cars look smaller or these pictures real?

If not, and this is real. I give the creator of these cars a thumbs up for creativity. However for the mini versions of the Porsche and other sports cars. What about the handling/suspension on these? They're not made to go super fast like the original versions, right? They're just so tiny!
