GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS!
Back on July 5tyh 2008 we delivered THIS STORY on Duran Moss. I was just informed that his trial is over and the Jury convicted him on all counts. In fact, the Jury came out after only 15 minutes and asked the Judge if they found him guilty of 1st degree murder, is he guilty of 2nd degree murder too? The Judge replied, YES. You heard it here first Ladies & Gentlemen. Below is a portion of the Press Release from July 5th.
Narrative: On July 5, 2008 at approximately 0120 hours, Wicomico County Deputies responded to a burglary call in the area of Rose Street, Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland. Upon arrival, deputies observed an individual who was acting suspicious in the area. Deputies attempted to contact the individual regarding the burglary complaint. The individual fled on foot from the deputies and deputies gave chase. After a brief foot pursuit, the deputies apprehended the subject who was identified as Duran M. Moss. Moss had been avoiding arrest since a warrant was issued on May 13, 2008 for First Degree Murder. Moss was also wanted on a warrant for Robbery through the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office. A search of Moss revealed a loaded 9mm handgun that was reported stolen in 2005 and approximately 14 grams of suspected cocaine. Moss was served two open warrants and additional charges of possession of a stolen handgun and intent to distribute CDS.

Kevin Tull was who he murdered and a good friend of mine. He was a talented and handsome 22 yr old with a bright future. I just thank God justice has been served, but it can never bring Kevin back. Pray for the family

Yeah he did, he is even suspected of killing someone else and has gotten off robbery charges by intimidatng witnesses. Notice he was caught with a handgun and drugs? Get over yourself thuggie.
Yeah you right he was caught with a gun and drugs so are hundreds of people. That dont mean they killed someone. He is facing the rest of his life which won't be that long but how cAN HE intimidatE ANYBODY THEY WILL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN
Yes Kevin was involved in the drug trade. That does not justify his senseless murder. Both families have lost their sons.

people are starting to out number honest people. Why, because we let them live, procreate, then walk away from there children to start the cycle again. Criminals make criminals. Kevin, KJ as i called him, had a bright future in music...his voice was unlike any other. He was going to make a name for himself. And drugs were not the issue so check ur sources. Didnt ur mom ever tell u not the ASS-U-ME. You didnt know KJ ,rideout22. When Duran pulled that trigger he shook our world. Everyone knows that his family is trouble and theres a long history of jail and violence in the group! But the truth is they had enough evidence to FULLY convict him on every charge, i dont think that was a mistake and Im sure those jurors dont either. Keep KJ's name out of your mouth..please.
I myself find a guy like this degrating to mankind. This is the type of stuff that is bringing the world down. The reason the U.S. is such a crime infested place today is because we are all fighting amongst ourselfs. If anyone really feels the need to kill someone for pleasure go join the marines and do it for a good cause. I really don't understand how this type of action in today's society makes people "hard". Anyone with opposable thumbs can shoot a pistol, it is not very hard to do. So to all you so called "thugs" and "gangstas" why don't you actually do something difficult like find a job and raise a family.
