This is nothing unusual. It goes on everyday and all departments in Salisbury are the same. Well too bad Mare, its happened again and will continue to happen. The employees are fed up with your crap and the truth will be heard. This City is falling apart and criminals are rampant. You would like the citizens to believe that all is well and Salisbury is fantasy land. Information will continue to flow to SBYNEWS, so scream on.

The Captain of the patrol officers is none other than Captain Dave Meihschien, he was a Sergeant(and probably would have never gone higher under Dykes) when Webster took over, however he knows whose A** to kiss and you can fill in the blanks. They call him Captain DUUUUUHHH around the Department. I will give him this he follows want Major Livingston wants, I mean what the Chief wants. Also anyone who reads this and lives within the City limits who wants a escort to the bank should call and ask the City police. They should get it becuase Burger King on Mt. Hermon Road has been getting one everynight for over 18 years now.

Who cares if he doesn't wear a uniform. There is no need for him to, his position is administrative. Detectives don't wear uniforms.
I think Cheif Baldy is a Piece of Shit and wear a uniform should be the least of everyone's concern.
He wont wear a uniform most likely because he is an under-achiever, has been his whole life. If he wears a uniform hes feels like less of a man. Thats what hes runnin from, hes thinks hes better than that, he always has. Probably started when he was a young boy, dont know the history. Before you can get a mans trust you first need his respect. With-out this you cant be a leader of men. It just doesnt work that way. Thats where he finds himself now, kinda sad. Hes probably half way decent inside, hs just lost in his own self. Dont make him any different then the rest of the gen-pop, now does it. It does because hes a public servant.

Joe, the problem with Dave is well, he worries more about kissing webster's ass instead of doing the right thing. We all know webster won't do the right thing.
