Salisbury Police Department Press Releases

On December 14, 2008 at approximately 2:35 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department arrested the below listed suspect for selling a quantity of suspected “crack”/cocaine to an undercover police officer in the area of West Main Street.

ARRESTED: Edward Earl Stephens, 53 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES: Possession of cocaine

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking

On December 17, 2008 at approximately 4:00 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department received a call to respond to the Sears Department Store at the Centre at Salisbury for the report of an internal theft. Upon arrival the officers were advised by security personnel that the suspect, an employee, had been observed taking U.S. currency from the cash register. Security personnel had observed the suspect do this a number of times.

ARRESTED: 17 year old juvenile Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES:
Theft (under $ 500)
Theft scheme (over $ 500)

DISPOSITION: Released to guardian

On December 18, 2008 at approximately 7:01 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department received a call to respond to Samuel’s Appliances on North Salisbury Boulevard for the report of a theft. Upon arrival it was determined that the below listed suspect had taken a computer from the business without making payment. A description of the suspect’s vehicle was broadcast and the vehicle was located by a Wicomico Co. Sheriff’s Department deputy. The officers made contact with the suspect and received information concerning the stolen computer.

ARRESTED: Keith Douglas Tucker, 39 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES: Theft (over $ 500)

On December 18, 2008 at approximately 8:34 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department arrested the below listed suspect pursuant to an arrest warrant received for an offense that occurred in June of 2008. At that time, the suspect sold suspected “crack”/cocaine to an undercover police officer in the area of Anne and Baker Streets.

ARRESTED: Robert Lee Clark, 35 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES:
Distribution of cocaine
Possession of cocaine
