10:07am I got my tickets and almost all of the front row seats were sold out!!! WTG Fernando and Hal! I was lucky enough to get 5th row center seats I cant wait to see everyone there!!!
The last fight was a great event and I can't wait until Feburary. However the most impressing thing to me as I looked out over a very diverse crowd of people of all colors, religions and nationalities, everyone was rooting for the same cause and peacefully co-existed. Thanks Fernando and Hal.
I've got my tickets and can not wait. I think that the civic center and Boxing should look even harder at us (Salisbury) being great for these kind of events. There is just not alot to do in the town. I believe even matches (good ones) that did not include Fernado would do well. I'd also like to see UFC style fights brought here I think they would sell out as well. Can not wait for 2/6/2009! :)
I'm not into wrestling, ultimate fighting, rodeo's or monster trucks, however adding anything to the civic center that can turn it into a revenue source instead of a tax liability could mean a better county budget that can help fund many other good things for kids.
