Salisbury Mall – Precision Grading Services Case Is "Sub Curia"

On Tuesday, September 30, Judge Donald Davis heard arguments in the Wicomico County Circuit Court on the claim by Precision Grading Services – the firm that demolished the old mall building – for unpaid funds under its contract with the owner of the property. That claim is for several hundred thousand dollars. The Court’s ruling may come at any time, and will probably decide whether a trial is necessary.

Are they the same company that was in court over a couple of other developments in the area. Is there some trend or meaning if it is the same?

The company did a good job and certainly deserve to be paid the contracted amount. Hope the judge will send the LLC guys to jail over this!
