Over the last few months the Mayor has gone from texting Gary answers to questions to now the old fashioned note passing during council meetings. Last night at the meeting i saw Gary look up and snapped this picture and low and behold i caught a glipse of the voice he hears in his head.

By looking at the makeup of the City Council and the two Senators running for President shows how stupid the citizens are in this city and country. I think voters should have to take an IQ test and the retards who can't achieve a passing score shouldn't be permitted to vote. Both the council and McCain/Hussein are jokes, and why Salisbury and the US are in trouble and heading for disaster.
