OK, let's looks at reality here Folks. I know we're not supposed to traditionally put things on the line like I'm about to do but reality is reality.
Let's say Obama wins the Presidential Race. Then let's say some nut job Idiot bumps him off. What are we left with, Joe Biden! PLEASE! Biden as President? I don't even have to go any further on this one.
Now, let's say McCain wins, has a heart attack or stroke and dies in Office. Hell, let's even say some nut job Idiot shoots him and kills him, what the heck. Palin as President? PLEASE!
I don't care what you say, we're screwed. And who have we been screwed by? The Republican and Democratic Leaders gave us THIS to choose from?
I don't know about you but this is a no brainer when it comes to looking ahead as a business person. I do NOT like the odds either way, PERIOD! So now we're supposed to settle for what we have and simply do the best with what we have.
Jesus people, is this what we've become as Americans! Are we that stupid? The answer is, YES WE ARE!
There, for all those people who think I have a strong hold on one party or the other, you're wrong. We're in the worst economy this Country has ever been faced with and these are our choices!
Where's Ross Perot when you need him most? I'll bet if Oprah ran for President she'd win, that's how stupid Americans have become.

I totally agree and for the first time in my life, I am considering NOT voting for the presidential race since I honestly cannot endorse either candidate.

Yep. We're screwed either way. I hate the thought of throwing away my vote on a third-party candidate or not voting at all. I don't think this election will be won by a lansdslide, either. Our "I'm not a divider, I'm a uniter " President has certainly not united us. He's made a big fat mess, and we are a sharply divided country. All I know is, I'll probably never be able to retire. I'll end up dropping dead on the job from old age.
Joe: I would take Palin over Biden any day! This is a smart lady and maybe it is time for us to have awomen as President.

I'm happy you have seen the light. Neither party is doing us any favors. That's what I've been saying for a while. Both parties are controlled by the rich elite.

Our best hope is the NAU, and the total destruction of the dollar and our fake economy. We will be cheering for the North American Union and the Amero. This economy is gone. Totally socialist government - no matter which party wins. At least, once we get the NAU, we get to share Canada's wealth in the same way we have shared our wealth with the Mexicans. Tit for Tat.
Did you vote in the Primary? Did you vote in any primary anytime? Did you work for a candidate you supported? Did you send money? Did you consider going to a City Council or Wicomico County Council meeting? Did you ever speak at a public meeting? Did you ever write a letter to an elected official or the editor of a newspaper? Did you ever protest publicly? Did you ever volunteer for any outreach program? Did you ever work for a volunteer organization?
Folks, Greed and wanton disregard for the average citizen is nothing new, if the citizens do not protest, they will be taken advantage of by everyone who can figure out a way.
If this mess created by lies and greed does not teach us lessons about paying attention, nothing will.
This crisis is one of pure GREED
and lack of paying attention, it may end up being global. So, thank you George W. Bush..and Mr.McCain for all of this the world will be in a depression, and each of you will still have your many many houses, and uncounted vehicles, and live happily ever after, while we struggle to pay off this debt for many many years to come.
We may not like our choices, but we still have choices, that is important.

Obama has raised the majority of his funds from REAL people, like myself, 20 bucks here and there. Millions and millions of us. He's not beholden to anyone but the people.
And if you pay attention - he's working really hard to open his arms to the balance of POVs in this country...not just the Democrats. There are supportive liberals who are disenchanted with him because of it (not me!! I'm not a Dem. I want the whole country's interests served).
You will be lucky to have him as your President. We were right about Bush, weren't we?
