William Harden Cleans Out His Office Today

William Harden cleaned out his office at WCDC today, escorted by Major Moore and Captain Foreman. Maybe I should have showed up and Chief Webster would have escorted us as well?

So I hear that the Devenyns internal investigation has been read by those in authority in this county,is anything going to be done with it?If not,why? Why don't we simply do the necessary procedures to remove devenyns and let Sheriff Lewis take over the jail?

Lets face it DD has run the jail into the ground the only hope is Col. Kimble who has made several changes already succeeds him. How can you take control of your jail DD if your private life is not much better. At least Kimble has done something in just a few months that DD has not been able to do in YEARS..He has taken back control of the jail for the most part >>> Devenyns will cost the county tax payer even more money with the Harden lawsuit. He has cost hundreds of thousands from suicides and wrongful death suits..County Executive WAKE UP. Get rid of this septic system tank and upgrade it before yet another suit gets paid by our tax dollars...

5:43A/M Apparantly you are a kimball fan,have you not been reading this blog site.kimball comes with the same package that devilnyns does,that's why he was selected by way of devilnyns staged interview board to his position.kimball has a corrupt corrections past ,the same as devilnyns does.if your hope lies in kimball Good luck!as soon as kimball is confortable he will eliminate major moore,elliott and anyone else necessary and replace them with some of his corrupt ECI buddies(not saying all ECI officers are corrupt)but if they hang with kimball they will lack just as much integrity ,fairness etc. that kimball does.I predict promotions will be next in order to quiet things down.of course they won't be handled correctly either,something simple and DAA,DAA your selected.that way devilnyns,roberts and kimball can get their choices in place .watch.

anon4:52PM apparantly Mr.Hardin doesn't even know why he was fired.One thing all us readers know is that he did an internal investigation on Devenyns that disclosed some very serious allegations.

Well you know how bad it is at wcdc when we pin our hopes on a man who lacks the apparent skills to tie his own shoes and has even been seeing holding himself up by leaning on the wall to walk down the hallway because his knees are shot. I know he lacks any integrity and in fact he is proven to be quite the racist thus far. We have heard the supervisors of color say they will support him just because he is a black man no matter what...(Capt Foreman).. All integrity left when Bill Harden cleaned out his office.
We all wonder when Rick Pollitt will open his blind eyes and come in and clean house...NEVER...we would not even be screeming for a union if the jail was being governed properly. At least if the cheif of security had been from within we would not have a racist dictator who hates white people in general. (check his past employeement history), and would not be in such a place of prominent power.
Col. Kimble is quite the Lewis Faracon of WCDC. He has fired people on the spot without so much as the hearings required to any county employee which is a violation of the employees rights as mandated by the county policy. Hmmm I wonder who will be the first to sue and get paid because of his swollen cranium..Ofc. Smith fired without a hearing....He will either get his job back our cha ching he will get paid..Bill Harden fired..cha ching gonna get paid...The jail is now at least 15 ofc.s down many have quit in the past few weeks, in fact 6 in 2 days the other week. Overtime is at a manditory maximum rate the bills are rising and there is no avenue for escape. Officers are burned out working manditory overtime sometimes even being made to work 16 hr shifts twice a week. I must say Joe that when you walk by everyones office who has internet they are all always looking at the blog. so keep up the good work supervisory staff is always looking at th "Albero Blog Site" to see whats up..Thanks for giving us a place to vent even if our county executive does not give a rats ass about the dept Of Corrections for the county...

It is sad to see that institution go thru so much back biting, piggy backing and roller coaster riding. It's truly evident that some changes need to be made. It's apparent that there is no teamwork or focusing going on. The focus should be on making that place a professional environment. Think professional and run it professional. It really starts at the top and it is evident the Warden is not professional. (?) does he know his staff, greet his staff, compliment his staff, walk the institution and become familiar with the inmates. does he do anything positive, if he did than it would become contagious. I've heard the higher ups all have the same mantality. why! Is it so hard to tell your employees thanks for a good job, be considerate for family issues after all a team is one big happy family. Give respect and you will recieve it. I know that sounds soft and it's probaly too late for this institution. Maybe not! suggestion: Get Maj. Moopie off his throne lomg enough to do some work other than watching the females and talking everyones business all day. That's a step to improvement. Give capt Foreman something to do so that he can be productive. capt Colbourne needs to own up to her title and do something other than lay under #2 all day. Give the promotions that are long overdue. Maybe the turnovers will stop! Ok ms NP your dept isn't exempt your turnover is high also. Check out your supervisory skills I hear you need help also. None of the dept heads are exempt. time for change!! STOP THE OLD SCHOOL DANCING!!!!!!!!!!!
