This trash has been sitting outside on the Plaza the entire day and I first walked past it at 7:30 AM Thursday morning. Keep spreading the love Barrie!

Why is it Barrie's responsibility to pick up 3 trash bags?... I hope she has more important things to do today. Maybe YOU should pick it up since you have so much free time to take picture of trash bags!
How often does the plaza get trash pickup? Where are they supposed to put their trash? Was this in front or in the alley? Isn't trash supposed to be in cans (mine is a big one supplied by the city)?

if you werer truly civic minded you would have picked up the trash and disposed of it and then , of coarse, shown us pictures of you doing.
Question? are those bags sitting there waiting for a city truck to come pick them up? Did they come from a private business that isn't paying for proper trash pickup?
