THE SALISBURY CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET IN A CLOSED SESSION ON MONDAY, JULY 14,
2008, AT 5:00 P.M. TO CONSIDER ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY AS PERMITTED
UNDER THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND SECTION 10-508(A)(3)(7).
THE MEETING WILL BE HELD IN CONFERENCE ROOM 305 OF THE
GOVERNMENT OFFICE BUILDING (125 N. DIVISION STREET).

Why can't they say the reason or purpose for buying more property?
They are always giving property away and now they want to buy property? WTF!!!
Let's hope that it's being done to buy back that "Ulman" lot on the downtown plaza that they sold a few years ago to a FOB for almost nothing. What a dump that has become.
Where are they getting money to buy anything?
Don't have money for police, fire or ems but they find money to purchase property? WHO IS GOING TO PROTECT IT??? MORONS!!!
