He certainly should resign after that outrageous performance for his "leader" Barrie Tilghman who told Mr. Leer that she was going to "get even" with him because he supported Carolyn Hall when she ran against BPT.

And Richard Insley should be canned from that Board that he runs as Barrie's attack dog against the homeowners in the Camden area.

That Stu Leer escapade in court, here and in Annapolis, cost the City about $20,000 for nothing but Barrie's vengence urge. Paul Wilber must love her and Taylor for all the legal fees that they generate for him by their gross misconduct.

Insley is a disgrace--and he's so tightly aligned with Louweasle (what's up with that two-some anyway?)

Let's all the "Dirty Dozen" put in applications ROFLMAO

I liked how Insley got up and was whinning about the water/sewer rates, well it was you Mr. Insley that helped them them get elected. Not to mention the smear campaign against Debbie Campbell. We have no sympathy for you.

No, I think probably the mayor took out her vengeance on Randy for putting her in such a precarious position and the need to go to court over what Randy and the Committee Chair had done to Leer. I think she actually thought she would win the case.

" It is designed to minimize bureaucratic regulations." Have you ever been to one of the Commission's meetings? They are a joke, even more so than the City Council's. Rather than "minimize bureaucratic regulations," they make petitioners jump through as many hoops as possible. They seem to be enamored with the authority they have, or think they have. Even very minor renovation requests receive scrutiny, with members asking the most inane questions.

How come there are "qualifications" necessary for this volunteer job but apparently you can be the Mayor without haveing any qualifications at all?

No different than citizens being asked to take an oath to tell the truth before addressing the city council, however city representatives and employees are exempt from this intimidation.

Historical Committee is the 3rd greatest waste of resources this city has. Switching in the number one and two positions is the 3 puppet city council members and the psyco puppeteer the mayor
