Salisbury Police Department Press Releases

On June 27, 2008 at approximately 8:43 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department arrested the below listed suspect pursuant to an arrest warrant charging the suspect with drug violations. On March 25, 2008 the suspect sold an undercover police officer an amount of suspected crack/cocaine that was tested and found to be fake. As a result, Salisbury Officers obtained an arrest warrant for the suspect charging the suspect with the distribution of fake CDS.

ARRESTED: Qymaine Christopher Kenney, 18 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES:
Distribution of fake CDS
Possession of fake CDS with the intent to distribute
Possession of fake CDS believed to be CDS

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC# 200800010418

On June 29, 2008 at approximately 1:10 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department were on routine patrol when they observed the below listed suspect, who was known to them, and known to be wanted on an outstanding warrant. The suspect was arrested pursuant to the active warrant, and a search incident to arrest revealed a quantity of suspected crack/cocaine and CDS paraphernalia.

ARRESTED: Alexander Dwight Stevens, 27 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES:
Outstanding warrant:
Malicious destruction of property
Reckless endangerment (2 counts)
Intimidating/influencing a juror
Possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute
Possession of cocaine
Possession of CDS/paraphernalia

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 200800019832, 200800022763

I have no idea why I think its so hilarious to have charges actually listed as possessing a FAKE CDS. hahaha..... Leave the basil home, Grandma!
