I live further down into Shad Point on Riverside Drive, and my mailing address is Salisbury, but Fruitland Fire Department responds to us. I think that is what that's mean. I never paid attention to what the assesment offfice has. Does it matter?
Maloney doesn't live in city limits of Salisbury. Bad enough for us he owns property here and his one of the head honchos of the landlord machine crushing the town.
Interesting that he was able to purchase riverfront property held in an estate for only 300,000. Guess it pays to be a lawyer! Can't remember ever seeing this house officially for sale though.Also interesting that this part of Riverside Drive go repaved shortly after he moved there. Meanwhile most of the city/county streets are chock full of potholes.

This is just before Timberlake DR. on the bad conner, and his property is up for sale, as waterfront. He is asking about 1.5 million for it. There has been alot of work done to it in the pass, and in the last three months, they complete rebuild the garden shed to a very nice building, with back porch over looking Tony Tank Creek which dumps into the Wicomico River. I'm a neighbor of TJ and what he has done to the property is great. It was run down before he bought it. He actually overpaid for the property. Yes, he has listed his home for sale for $949,000. Hope he gets it, it will help my property value when I get ready to sell. As far as paving the road after he moved in, that's true but it had nothing to do with him. If you travel that road regularly, turning into Timberlake coming from town is one of the worst intersections in the area. I know he is a landlord but if he so terrible, maybe you should buy the properties from him and rent to people that destroy them while living there. Bet you wouldn't do it.
I never understood why he intentionally makes a point to speak like a hick--when, if you catch him off-guard, he speaks very normally. What's that about? It's very amusing.
You know, I really don't like T.J. Maloney. I don't like what he's done to this City and I personally don't believe he's a very good attorney. That said, the few properties I've seen of his have always been well kept and attractively landscaped. At least he's done that much right. I don't know what the properties are like on the inside.

It all depends on the post office that delivers your mail. Salisbury's delivers his mail.
