BREAKING NEWS

The Circuit Court has just been shut down. The water main just busted again. The GOB has officially closed their doors at 12:00 as well. This is a serious one Folks! Remember, it was only a few weeks ago this same main broke and was repaired. Your tax dollars hard at work in the City of Salisbury. I wonder if the County will ask for their losses back from having to close down today? More to come......

Most cities or towns have a PM
program to prevent such things .
Every part of the cities structure
should have a program to insure
they don't have frequent events
such as this.Rather than having 5 guys standing around watching
1 guy shovel , they all should be made productive.Of course this won't happen , cause they don't
know what I'm talking about.

Yeh, and she continues to spend our tax dollars on foolishness, like new drapes for her office, while the whole infrastructure collapses.

Uhhhhhhh, this reminds me of the time things got heated on a City issue and wella' (Barrie????) pulled the light switches. Things heatin' up again for Barrie.
It's a joke.

BTW, can somebody explain how the term "Dirty Dozen" got started and who they are? Whoever they are, they're the real City patriots.

Well folks, we all know the infrastructure just started falling apart. Just ask her, she'll tell you it's so.

The repair they did a few weeks back in the alley driveway on the west side of Division Street is also failing. I noticed walking over it this morning that it's caving in.

Ask Barrie Tilghman, she named those citizens the Dirty Dozen. Gary Comegys called them CAVE people. I hope they realized everytime they are writing names down at the council meetings that the list is growing. There are far more people against both of them and their policies than there are for them.

From within, I'm sure. Intentional sabotage. See, we really NEED 75% more for w/s rates.

"Dirty Dozen" was the name the beloved Mayor gave to citizens who diligently came to meetings and spoke up. She was quoted in a Daily Times article. She didn't have the 'nads to specify names, but watching PAC14 those days, you could tell who she meant.

"The CAVE People" was a name bestowed on citizens by none other than her "other half," Gary Comegys. But it was in an email Mike Dunn sent the council and others, and he DID name names.

Charming leaders we have, wouldn't you say?

Leaders who are supported by the equally low mentality and lacking professionalism of the Daily Times editorial heads.

THIS is what makes Salisbury a laughing stock, not that citizens are identifying problems.

Wrong.... the infrastructure has been failing ever since Dinglebarrie Tilmon took office.

How can an idiot housewife be successful in running a city?

Yea, they were infering that there was only 12 people in the city that objected to polices.
