INVESTIGATING DEPUTY DFC D. Taylor Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office

RELEASING AUTHORITY Cpl. Propst Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office

NARRATIVE: On 03/07/08, deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s
Office conducted an investigation of a traffic incident that occurred on
Naylor Mill Road in Salisbury, Maryland. During that incident, Ricky
Steven Sanabria was driving his 2004 Chevrolet SUV when he forced a 2004
Ford Escort off the roadway by striking it in the rear with his vehicle.
The Ford Escort, in which Joshua Alan Culley was a passenger, came to rest
in a field adjacent to 510 Naylor Mill Road. Neither Culley nor the
female driver was injured. Sanabria stopped his SUV in front of the
Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office at which time Culley summonsed assistance
from deputies who were leaving the office enroute to another call.

Subsequent investigation revealed that Sanabria and his passengers, Thomas
D. White and Clarence D. Miller were in possession of a loaded GLOCK model
29 10mm handgun, digital scales and approximately 224 grams (7 ½
ounces/nearly ½ pound) of suspected powder cocaine.

Culley was also found to be in possession of digital scales with suspected
cocaine residue.

Culley, Sanabria, White and Miller were arrested and transported to the
Wicomico County Central Booking for processing and to be seen by the
District Court Commissioner.

An amount of United States cash currency was also seized for later
investigation.

Sounds like dealers trying to muscle each other for territory.

WOW!! That is one hell of a pop. Very very good job on the seizure. A gram of cocaine is going for about $60 to $80 dollars a gram on the streets now.

You do the math for the street value of this garbage, thats a lot of $$

Good job guys! Keep up the good work.

It was all a set up. The guy in the escort had $8,000 in cash and the coke. The 3rd vehicle shot holes in the back of the SUV and injuried the backseat passenger. Funny thing is all were released but the owner of the SUV. The real truth is about to come out.

it was a set up. its a shame the sheriffs are so corrupt now that they frame people for personal grudges. Their evidence didnt even make any sense and it was all bullshit. luckily they failed with the charges and the police were too retarded to put together a good case. good job mike lewis
