Assistant City Solicitor?

Here's a TIP for you ANDY, the cost of construction has gone WAY DOWN! My guess, that $2,000,000.00 building was probably overinflated in price to start with and by the time they got done screwing all the Taxpayers and they rebid the project, the Zoo should only have to raise about $5.00! This is a standard and typical Ron Alessi move. Perhaps Andy will be the hero this time for the City?

Sir:

How does Ron Alessi have anything to do with this? - an architect ("AES") want to terminate its contract with the City. Do you know why Mr. Wilber can't represent the City?

Mr. Wilber has never truly represented the "CITY," he's representing Barrie Tilghman.

WTF , Paul Wilbur is a freaking LEECH

What is Mr. Wilbur's salary for his work with the city? Now, we have to put out more funds for someone else due to this conflict of interest? I certainly appreciate the conflict of interest point, and agree that is the proper thing to do.
Didn't Wilbur ask the council to approve more money than allotted in his contract with the city, due to work overload? Correct me if I am wrong.
Why doesn't the city hire a retired attorney next time so conflict issues don't arise. (Wilbur is just tired, not retired) Also, a contract is a contract. If you agree to a fee for your services, that should be your fee for the duration of the contract.

Yes, Joe, something in this change of attorney kinda of smells to me. What will be the added payout for the city in this? Or can it come out of the two million proposed for the building? I also agree that the building estimate is very inflated, for some reason, known only to Alessi, I suspect.
